Job summary

McDonald’s Canton, NC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You will plan each shift, monitor performance, manage safety and profitability, schedule and train staff, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior leadership experience is preferred; 18+ required. Tuition assistance and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness for customers.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability and communicate with next shift.
• Help the team meet targets and departmental goals.
• Schedule, train and develop staff to improve performance.
