Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standards, safety and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing shift success.
• Help departments meet their goals and support store targets.
