Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager to lead restaurant shifts, train Team Members, and uphold brand standards. You will take ownership of the shift, guide others, and ensure tasks are completed with a smile while maintaining compliance with safety and quality expectations.

You will monitor operations, manage inventory, and contribute to financial accountability, aiming to deliver great service and a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the shift by guiding Team Members and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure financial accountability during the shift.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers on the premises.
