Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage shifts, lead the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering safe, quality food. You will oversee sanitation, inventory, and daily operations.

The role requires 18+ years of age, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Competitive pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong mathematical and accounting skills are a plus.
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for majority of shift.

Responsibilities
