Job summary

Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure food quality and safety on the floor.

You will oversee a team, supervise tasks, and uphold brand standards while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. This role offers advancement opportunities, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by guiding team to meet Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability during your shift.
• Support management by ensuring safe, clean operations and timely service.
• Motivate staff, train new team members, and model professional conduct.
• Collaborate with upper management to deliver a positive guest experience.
