Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to ensure quality customer service and food products in alignment with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Requirements include at least 1+ years in a food service or retail supervisory role, ability to pass a background check, and being at least 18. English proficiency may be essential in some stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
