Steak ’n Shake Mansfield is seeking a Shift Manager to run daily restaurant operations, motivate the team, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll lead openings and closings, coach staff, and maintain brand standards for cleanliness and quality.

Salary: up to $19.50 per hour plus unique perks like bitcoin bonus, newborn match, Next Day Pay, and a full benefits package. US work authorization and high school diploma or equivalent are required.

• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
