Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Focus on profitability and guest, people & operations outcomes.
• Support Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager on assigned shifts.
• Direct a shift of Team Members to meet speed of service and quality standards.
• Lead by example, drive operational results and uphold brand standards.
• Review restaurant results and identify improvements.
