Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Shift Manager for Electrical & Control Maintenance at its Middletown Works facility. This role will supervise a team of Electronic Repairmen, ensuring preventive maintenance and troubleshooting support for electrical systems.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with significant experience in control systems and PLC troubleshooting. The position offers an excellent total compensation package, including competitive pay and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology preferred.
• 3+ years in control systems and PLCs experience preferred.
• Management experience overseeing electronic technicians is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5-20 Electronic Repairmen for maintenance services.
• Lead system troubleshooting and repairs to address electrical failures.
• Plan equipment outages and improvements with contractors.
