Job summary

Wendy's Restaurant Franchise in Rifle, CO is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a WOW experience to guests and crew members. You will support the General Manager by maintaining a safe, efficient, and friendly restaurant environment, coaching team members, and ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• One or more years of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe certification.
• Must be certified in the Open/Close Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Customer Service Manager positions.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and giving direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional bending and reaching.
