Job summary

Wendy's Restaurant Franchise in Denver, CO is seeking a Shift Manager to apply knowledge of operations, customer service, and safety regulations to deliver a WOW experience to guests and crew daily. You will support the General Manager in maintaining a positive team culture and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• One or more years of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Must be certified in the Open/Close Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Customer Service Manager positions.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and giving sound direction. Works well in a team with a strong customer focus.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods in a fast-paced environment.
• The Company will provide reasonable accommodations per ADA upon request.
