Job summary

Wendy's in Longmont, CO is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team. You will apply your customer service skills and knowledge of safety regulations to deliver a WOW experience to guests and crew members every day, while supporting the General Manager in running an engaging operation.

Qualifications

• One or more years of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience.
• Must have ServSafe certification.
• Must be certified in the Open/Close Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Customer Service Manager positions.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds; headset use.
• Must be 18+ and have documents required by state and federal law.
• ADA accommodations available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff to ensure health and safety regulations and a WOW guest experience.
• Assist the General Manager in creating and maintaining an engaged team culture.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
