As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring tasks are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Able to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Ability to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of the shift
