Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Ability to work night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
