You will supervise staff on assigned shifts, train and mentor team members, manage inventory and costs, handle guest inquiries, and monitor performance metrics to boost efficiency and profitability while maintaining a polished, professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code standards.
