Job summary

Captain D's Seafood Restaurant is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. You will oversee the restaurant’s operations during your shift, lead your team, assign duties, and resolve day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a customer-first mindset, and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude. You will train staff, ensure excellent service, and maintain health and safety standards while supporting sales goals.
