Biggby Coffee Conway is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts in a fast-paced coffee shop. You will supervise baristas and kitchen staff, ensure quality service, manage cash handling, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a coffee shop or quick-service environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a coffee shop, café, or fast-paced restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store during scheduled shifts.
• Supervise baristas and kitchen staff, delegate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Open or close the store as assigned, following proper procedures.
• Handle cash register operations, including balancing drawers and daily financial reporting.
• Assist with training new team members and reinforcing company standards.
• Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with upper management regarding staffing, performance, and shift activities.
