Traditions Hospitality Group in Newcastle, OK is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and create a welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, enforce standards, and mentor others to uphold our high service levels.

This role manages inventory, handles guest inquiries, tracks performance metrics, and implements efficiency strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain gaming and ABLE licenses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to multitask.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
