Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for guests and team members. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, train and mentor teammates, manage inventory, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires 21+ years old, ability to obtain a Gaming and ABLE license, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
