Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s in Tracy, CA is hiring enthusiastic Team Members to join our bakery/pretzel team and create guest moments with every order.

We offer flexible schedules (20–40 hours/week), free on‑duty meals, paid training, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. No prior experience required; uniforms are provided and benefits may include health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible hours.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and staying active during shifts.
• Ability to use POS systems and basic math for transactions.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's products to brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins)
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Ability to taste‑test products for quality
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
