Arby’s is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality customer service and strong team performance. You will supervise staff, train associates, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the restaurant.

You will also assist with scheduling, monitor labor costs, and handle cash procedures, while delivering an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/restaurant management education is a plus.
• Minimum experience in food service with a supervisory role (as indicated by the job description).
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
