You will manage guest experience, train staff, and drive sales and profitability with a hands-on, positive leadership style in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, cash handling, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Requirements

What You Bring

• 6+ months of leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team
• A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences and upholding Arby's standards of Quality, Friendliness, and Speed of Service
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, cash handling, and inventory control
• Lead by example and step in wherever needed
• Great communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
• Commitment to continuous learning and completing required leadership training programs
