Y Not Stop is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with daily operations, customer service, staffing, safety, and cash/inventory control. The role requires retail management experience, a Class E license with Responsible Vendor certification, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Basic computer skills are also expected. The position focuses on running store operations, enforcing policies, maintaining cleanliness, accurate cash handling, and coaching team members

Assistant Manager

Summary

Key Duties

• Support and run store operations.
• Enforce policies, safety rules, and uniform standards.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, customer-ready store.
• Ensure proper cash handling and inventory accuracy.
• Help hire, train, schedule, and coach team members.
• Provide great customer service and resolve issues.

Physical Demands

• Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment
