Five Guys in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with standards and directing product prep, customer relations, and inventory management.

You will oversee a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a high-energy work environment with strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• You have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Oversee product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team/inventory management.
• Perform duties as required or assigned by the General Manager.

The pay for this position is $21/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
