Job summary

Five Guys Enterprises, LLC is seeking a shift manager to supervise crew and lead daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will ensure standards for product prep, guest service, and safety while directing team tasks with energy and a can-do attitude.

We offer competitive base pay of $17.00/hour plus tips and a bonus program, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities as we expand across North America.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Oversee product prep, delivery, maintenance and inventory control to company standards.

The pay for this position is $17.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
