Five Guys is seeking a motivated shift manager to join our Ashland, VA restaurant. You will supervise crew members, assist with daily operations, and ensure top-notch guest service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coach staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence, ensuring standards in prep, delivery, and maintenance.
• Support crew and shift leaders, training and directing staff as needed.

The pay for this position is $20/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
