Job summary

Five Guys in Ames, IA is seeking a shift supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and train crew members in the GM's absence. You will help ensure product prep, delivery, customer relations, and inventory management meet our standards, while fostering a positive team environment.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced setting with a focus on service quality, integrity, and growth opportunities within a expanding network across North America.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
