Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a shift supervisor in Michigan (Northville) to support daily restaurant operations. You will help manage crew members and shift leaders, ensuring product prep, delivery, and excellent customer relations align with our standards.

A dynamic team environment and real growth opportunities await in a fast-paced setting. You should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and bring honest, energetic, and motivating leadership to the team.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
