Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Buford, GA is seeking a Shift Manager with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail. This role trains to perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.

The position offers pay at $18.00/hour plus tips and bonus, comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a strong focus on food quality and guest experience.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
