Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Michigan is seeking a Shift Manager to guide daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence, ensuring standards in food prep, delivery, customer relations and inventory control.

You’ll bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, lead a fast-paced team, and help create a fun, high-energy workplace. Pay starts at $18/hour plus tips and bonuses, with solid growth opportunities.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
