Job Description

Shift Manager at a McDonald’s Corporate‑owned restaurant. You will lead shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. During a shift you will provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. You may also be responsible for meeting targets during your shifts and helping your assigned departments meet their goals. The position requires you to be 18 years or older.
