Job summary

Five Guys is hiring a shift supervisor/crew leader in Shreveport, LA. The pay starts at $20.00/hour plus tips and bonuses, with opportunities to advance as we expand across North America.

You will oversee crew members, assist with daily operations, uphold quality, safety and customer service standards, and support inventory and training. This role is on-site in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Fanatical about serving amazing food and creating a great place to work.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers are trained to perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence; ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team/inventory management.

The pay for this position is $20.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
