Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC is hiring in Columbus, Ohio for a shift supervisor role. The pay starts at $18.00 per hour plus tips and bonus, with opportunities to lead a crew and support daily restaurant operations from opening to close.

You’ll train in duties from product prep to customer service, collaborate with the team, and help ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. We offer benefits, growth potential, and a fast-paced, supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for fast-paced environments.

• Direct daily restaurant activities in the manager's absence.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
