Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Manager to help oversee daily in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will ensure the store runs smoothly and that staff perform duties efficiently, lead by example, and uphold integrity in all procedures.

We value an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude, with the ability to manage fast-paced, high-stress situations while prioritizing tasks and offering constructive input to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a 30-40 hour week
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store

Shift Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Shift Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Shift Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Shift Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Requirements:

• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
