Your Role as a Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you’ll take on a leadership role, ensuring that our restaurant maintains high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. You’ll be responsible for supervising the daily operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring that customers receive a fast, friendly, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading Internal Functions: Manage critical areas such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Delegating & Reporting: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure results are met
• Driving Restaurant Performance: Support the General Manager in achieving goals
• Kitchen Operations: Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items
• People Management: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectivesCustomer Service: Ensure all team members are trained to deliver excellent guest experiences and that key service areas are organized for optimal service
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
