Bojangles in Woodlawn, NC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver high-quality guest experiences. You will supervise a team, manage service standards, and contribute to profitability through thoughtful cost controls.

The role emphasizes energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude, with opportunities to advance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at Bojangles.

Qualifications

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Responsabilités
