Bojangles is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive performance during shifts. You will supervise a team, manage a P&L, food and labor costs, and uphold Bojangles' high standards for quality and service.

Schedule includes Monday to Friday and weekends; open to applicants without a college diploma. If you bring energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork, this role offers a path to advance in a growing organization with strong benefits.

Requirements:

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Management: 2 years (Preferred)
