Job summary

Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Texas is hiring for enthusiastic team members to work in a fast-paced, casual environment. Full-time and part-time positions available with pay from $12.50 to $16.00 per hour, training provided, and opportunities to advance.

You'll work with the General Manager, coach staff, manage cash, monitor food cost, and ensure health and safety standards. Flexible schedule, employee discounts, and tips are part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service or hospitality preferred.
• Must be able to coach and train employees across front and back of house.
• Ability to handle cash deposits and maintain accurate drawers.

Responsibilities

• Work with the store General Manager to maintain standards.
• Coach and train all employees in front and back of house.
• Count cash drawers and process deposits according to standards.
• Control food cost through inventory and staff training.
• Maintain Food Handler and TABC certifications.
• Make decisions to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Attend managers meetings and support game plan execution.
• Availability required for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

We have great Baja style tacos, nachos, burritos, fajita, and margaritas and beer to wash it all down. We also have some great queso, salsa, guacamole and chips to start out with and finish the day off with some sopapilla bites or churros. What an amazing experience you will have with us.

• Work with the store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met
• Help coach and train all employees both in the Front of House and Back of House
• Responsible for counting down cashier drawers and making appropriate deposits according to store standards
• Control food cost through our inventory process, recognize issues and traing staff to correct
• Food Handler card and TABC certifications are mandatory
• Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift.
• Attend managers meetings and help institute the game plan for success
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends a must

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
