Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Shift Manager who leads by example in a fast-paced environment. You’ll supervise front- and back-of-house tasks, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and pitch in with cook, cashier, and custard duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Minimum of 6 months restaurant shift manager experience
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age.

• Assist co-workers with cook, cashier, and custard duties as needed.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards; support training and coaching.

Freddy’s is now hiring a Shift Manager who enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant Shift Managers must care about food safety and cleanliness and be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties such as cook, cashier, and custard making. On-the-job Shift Manager training will be provided.
