Candidate Expectations

A Shift Manager is responsible for running excellent shifts and supporting the General Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the restaurant to ensure guests receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include guiding team members, maintaining operational standards, and training staff across all positions. The role requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting 25-40 pounds, and physical activities such as pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, and bending. Effective communication with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors is essential. Additionally, the Shift Manager must reconcile cash, complete paperwork, and monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
