Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations, train teammates, and resolve customer issues. You will ensure smooth transactions, assist with merchandising, and uphold top-notch customer service across shifts.

This role requires leadership, problem solving, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned Midwest company. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.79 per hour, with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including

• 6 months retail experience including customer service and money handling.

• Lift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per day.

Full Pay Range: $17.00to$23.79
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Our Shift Managers delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot register or transaction issues, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis
