Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking energetic Customer - Food Service Coworkers to deliver excellent customer and food service in clean, state-of-the-art Kwik Trip stores.

Pay varies from $15.50 to $21.70 per hour plus profit-sharing potential and a robust benefits package. Candidates should be at least 16 years old, possess strong people skills, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be available on weekends and holidays.

Job description

Location: Kwik Trip 1133
Full Pay Range: $15.50 to $21.70
Shift: Variable

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

• Some weekend and holiday availability is required
