Taco John’s International, through its independently owned and operated Twin Falls franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations and coordinate staff to meet quality standards. This role involves front counter, drive-thru, dining area, and food prep duties, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to safety procedures.
The Shift Manager will follow opening, midshift and closing checklists, manage cash, train employees, and ensure excellent customer service.

The Shift Manager directly supervises the daily operation of the restaurant and ensures that daily schedules of activity and established quality standards are maintained. This includes the coordination of the individual and collective efforts of assigned staff.

As a part of the Management Team, you will work a variety of job stations in the restaurant. You will work the front counter or drive-thru, taking customer orders, handling cash and/or handing out orders; in the dining area, ensuring customer satisfaction. You may work in the food production areas of the restaurant, such as the steamtable, prep area or fry station. These responsibilities require employees to follow directions for equipment and/or recipe and menu item preparation. Taco John’s employees must know product abbreviations and portions. Cleanliness of the restaurant is extremely important and it’s a team effort, so you will also perform cleaning duties.
Directly supervises Team Members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; and assigning and directing work.
NEHA food safety or equivalent
Basic Certified Manager (successful completion of Taco John’s BCM requirements)
