Shift ManagerTaco John's International, Inc is seeking to hire a Shift Manager to be our GeneralManager's right hand by managing shifts and training new employees in our restaurant. We paya competitive wage of $18. The ShiftManager is also responsible for counting cash drawers, security of the safe and deposits.As a part of the Management Team, you will work a variety of job stations in the restaurant. Youwill work the front counter or drive-thru, taking customer orders, handling cash and/or handingout orders. In the dining area, ensuring guests are happy and the area is clean is a priority. Youmay work in the food production areas of the restaurant, such as the steam table, prep area orfry station. These responsibilities require employees to follow directions for equipment and/orrecipe and menu item preparation. Taco John's employees must know product abbreviationsand portions. Cleanliness of the restaurant is extremely important and it is a team effort, so youwill also perform cleaning duties. Shift Managers are also responsible for ensuring compliancewith food safety standards during their shift and the safety and security of the restaurant and itsemployeesYou take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customerservice.
