Job summary

SONIC is looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Tulsa, OK. You will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, focus on delivering quality food in a clean and safe environment, and help hire, train, and develop the team to create moments of delightful possibility for guests.

Ideal candidates are 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and have some restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food is prepared in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for guests' positive experiences.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility.

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
