Job description

We are currently interviewing to fill Sandwich Artist positions at our LaGrange Subway. We are looking for a FT closer or two PT closers. Scheduling is flexible and can be set to have a consistent schedule week to week. Pay is WEEKLY via direct deposit. We are looking for team members who are punctual, communicative, respectful, conscious of food safety (don't worry we can train you), and excited to offer guests great customer service. SHIFT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Practicing inventory control standards
• Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift
• Completing paperwork as needed

PREREQUISITES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities.
