Job summary

Cousins Subs in Hartland, WI is seeking a Shift Leader to keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus.

You will lead the team during your shift, jump in where needed, coach new hires, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and contribute to a great guest experience as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communicator who leads with positivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
