Job summary

Cousins Subs in Janesville, Wisconsin is seeking a shift leader to keep the store on track, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus.

You’ll supervise during your shift, help with prep, cashier, sandwich line, and cleaning, coach new hires, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and help the team thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth into higher-level leadership through training and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communicator who leads with positivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
