Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Michigan to oversee crew schedules and lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise operations, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and drive safety and profitability while promoting training and development.

Ideal candidates show strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced setting.
