Job summary

You will perform crew-level tasks when needed, coach and onboard teammates, manage opening/closing duties, handle cash and shift reports, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store during early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership or shift-level responsibility is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards.
• Work in all line positions to support the team and maintain speed of service.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Monitor product quality, equipment functionality, and store readiness.
• Direct and support crew members throughout the shift to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching, training reinforcement, and onboarding of new team members.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, or closing procedures accurately.
